I placed a mobile order at 3:25pm to be picked up asap. The app let me know that it would be 5-15 minutes to pick up our order. We arrived at 3:26pm and we're told that it would be another 24 minutes for the pot pie we ordered to be prepared because the cook hadn't started making it. The restaurant was not busy at all so I don't understand why they didn't start the order when it is placed. I've already been charged. Finally at 4:15 pm I went to the counter to ask how much longer. Food was pretty good. Dining area needed cleaned while we were here. Looks like a roof leak dripping down thru a ceiling tile on to a table. They have several $5 meals including the drink. I think this location is a little better than the one on Saratoga in Corpus.

First time having KFC in about 12 years. I never trusted one after so much disappointing, soggy chicken. Tried this place today and I'm totally impressed. Chicken was nice and crispy, not remotely greasy. Biscuit was soft and flaky. All around great. Service was fast and polite too.
