Highly recommend this place! 👍 Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. I’m so surprised .The hot and sour soup was perfectly balanced—just the right amount of tang and spice. You HAVE to try the handmade Xinjiang Baked lamb pastry-crispy on the outside, flavorful on the inside. Paired with the hot sour soup, it’s absolutely amazing! They also have good Bao here, it’s house made. Great quality and consistent dishes. Definitely coming back again! 👏

Absolutely fantastic experience at Early Bird Cafe! We ordered the Pickled Mustard Fish and Mapo Tofu, both were incredibly flavorful and clearly made with great attention to authenticity and balance. The Pickled Mustard Fish had the perfect tangy kick, with tender fish and a rich broth that was deeply satisfying. We tried the holiday set menu for two. $37.95 for all this (including 2 rices and 2 drinks) is definitely worth it. Drinks can be chosen from the boba menu. My partner chose the regular suger which is a little bit too sweet. I chose the less suger which I think is just good. Spicy Boiled Beef is delicious and highly recommended if you like spicy food.

Very interesting little restaurant with XinJiang dishes available. Price value was pretty high while many of the dish were well made. The place offered us XinJiang milk tea which was interesting and was complementary which was a cool add to the experience.
