The attitude from the moment I walked in was horrible. I was served by a disheveled, slightly heavy-set blonde woman who wasn't wearing a name tag or anything. She greeted me with a "What do you want?" and then served me rudely; she begrudgingly slid the bread all the way over to the salad station for her coworker to ring me up. Her hygiene, manner, and attitude were all just disgusting. It’s a place that doesn't get much foot traffic as it is, and with that kind of poor service and gross behavior from the staff, even fewer people will go there.

I placed a pick up order of two foot long tuna subs thru the app. The workers in the store had my order ready when I arrived. When I got home to eat my sandwich both my sandwich and my boyfriend’s sandwich had stale hard bread. I have never had a worse sandwich from subway until today!!!! Also no Mayo when I asked for mayo on the subs. I ordered one toasted and one not and the toasted one was hard as a rock you could literally knock on the bread and hear it. The non toasted one wasn’t as bad but it was very hard and dry. Never had this before from a subway.

Very slow and through the app it messes up your order or the order doesn’t go through by their system. They do take my money when completing it. And the food is definitely not fresh. I suggest not to come here if you want to eat Subway. Definitely a downgrade in food and service wise.

I called this location 15 TIMES back-to-back and not a single person answered. Straight to voicemail every single time. What’s the point of having a phone number if nobody ever picks up when there’s an issue? If you can’t even answer the phone, you shouldn’t be taking orders you clearly can’t fulfill correctly. Because of this mistake, I literally didn’t get to eat dinner. I had to give my sub to my little sister and go without. That’s beyond frustrating and shouldn’t happen over a simple food order. This location clearly doesn’t care about accuracy, customer service, or accountability. If y
