Decided to stop here before a quick road trip and I'm happy I did! This place is very cute, I absolutely loved the capybara theming. The coffee itself was also very good. We got a lavender based drink, which was very floral but was refreshing, and we got a macadamia nut coffee, which was probably the nuttiest coffee I've had. Great little coffee shop. Fots really well with the college town around it. Definitely would stop here again.

Absolutely a must have coffee if you’re in Knoxville, Tennessee. The concept with the capybaras is amazing, very unique vibe and cool decor inside. The coffee shop itself was immaculate, and friendly staff. The maple iced latte had good flavor and aroma. Don’t worry, be capy.

I visit here regularly and there has never been a time where the drinks, food, service, and atmosphere have not been incredible. Plenty of seating both inside and outside makes it easy to find a table to sit with friends to talk, do work, or enjoy a quite morning on your own. Plenty of parking available making it easy to run in and grab something or stay for a while. The staff is very knowledgeable about their menu and always attentive and friendly. I recommend this place to anyone in the area.
