Seriously don’t order your pizza here, raw and uncooked. The manager was snippy and passive aggressive with me on the phone then called the police on me for showing up with their uncooked pizza for a refund without even speaking with me. Trash manager. This location is ran by immature staff. Plenty of pizza elsewhere. Unsafe pizza willing to place you in an unsafe situation to avoid accountability. This place was better with their last manager who actually held respect, seriously this lady sucks and is 20-30 years older than the last one. Makes no sense, and don’t make me post the video…

Stopped by the Mr. Gatti’s in Kyle and had a solid experience. My daughter missed a discount code on the order, but when I got there, the crew handled it without any fuss—professional, respectful, and easy to deal with. Stephanie, the manager, took care of it quick and kept it polite the whole time. No runaround, just handled it. Hard to find places that still treat customers right, but this crew does. Been eating Mr. Gatti’s since I was a kid, and now that I’m closer to this one, it’s gonna be my regular spot. Appreciate it.

I hadn’t tried this In four years, I didn’t care for them, but I kept seeing the ads that was scrolling through online saying that it was the best pizza in the area. I should’ve read the reviews. Yelp said good things But they are not what they used to be. I ordered extra cheese and I think somebody must’ve been dyslexic because I believe it was interpreted as less cheese. Pizza was dry. I’m frankly the ingredients tasted sub standard.

My parents ordered a pizza for myself and kids. And accidentally order light sauce and light cheese. It was extremely dry. I contacted Mr.Gattis at this location and spoke with Stephanie. She was quick to remake the order with regular sauce and cheese. Told me it would be ready in about 7 minutes. She didn’t charge me to remake the pizza, even tho I offered to pay the difference. I normally don’t do these things but I wanted to give her a shout out, for understanding the situation. I appreciate the service. And the pizza was freshly made for my kiddos to enjoy🩷 Thank you girl!
