If I could give it a 0 I would. Bc tell me why they close at 3am, I order online at 8pm, my order is ready at 8:22pm, I get there at 8:30, closed. I can't get in. Mind you, my friends also just went and picked up an order less than 10 minutes ago. Wdym I spent $13 for food and I can't get it. But, fortunately, the drive through was still open. I had to call my friend (bless him for his help) to drive over so we could go through the drive through. By the time her gets there, it's 8:40pm. The employee that helped us was most definitely high. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED. I was waiting in the drive through for 45 minutes, just to get to the window for them to tell me that they had to cancel my order. Are you serious. If you’re going to cancel orders of starving people who sometimes have to wait hours in your line, you should at least walk outside to notify them before they get to the window. This has happened on multiple occasions too. They told me to come back in 30 minutes, which I did just for them to do the same thing and cancel my order AGAIN. 2 HOURS WASTED AND STILL NO TACO BELL. Usually when I go here service isn’t very well and wait time is terrible. But today I was met with very enthusiastic and exciting worker Matt Savage I believe was his name. He did a great job of conversation and lifting the atmosphere. Very cool guy and made the whole thing better. Of course the food was good as well. Overall just great service from this guy. Really made me see the place a little better.

This Taco Bell needs to fire their employees they are the most lazy kids I’ve ever seen. They can’t even do anything. I’m so serious. I walked in to get my to go order stood there for 10-20 mins not a single employee talked to me even though my bag of food was sitting there ready. there was a worker trying to fall asleep at the drive through head down on the desk and everything, other employees were swearing and I could smell weed they were very obviously high. Every single time I order from this SPECIFIC Taco Bell the whole order is messed up I’m honestly surprised only the taco shells and so
