I arrived and attempted to place my breakfast reward order around 10:28am, but the app was lagging/freezing while submitting the order. I showed the employee the issue in real time, but because the app was still frozen by 10:31am, I was refused the item. The delay was caused by the app, not by me, which made the situation extremely frustrating. I understand breakfast cutoff times exist, but given the technical issue and the fact that I was already at the store before 10:30, I was very disappointed by the lack of flexibility and customer service in this situation. I am so disappointed. I ordered the Spicy Deluxe from Chick-fil-A, but my chicken was just breading. There was barely any meat, and it felt like I was just eating a fried shell. I expected better quality for the price I paid. This is not what I usually experience from Chick-fil-A, so I’m really let down.

Once again they screw up my order simple order no pickles on the sandwich even said on the wrapper and recipe no pickles get home pickles are on the sandwich cant go back because there no place to park to even get the order fixed so I get screwed again They only care about how many cars they can get through the drive thru in a hour. I will never go to chick fila again

Got drive thru lunch of spicy chicken sandwich, grilled chicken sandwich, and waffle fries and all tasted great. Very efficient two lane drive thru with nice employees taking order and also giving food at the drive thru window. Fries taste really good, I like the honey mustard sauce. Even with a lot of cars in line still moves very quickly, definitely recommend this location and chain!
