I am a frequent flyer to Starbucks and I’m hoping that the taste is the same across the city of Houston. My last trip to this Starbucks, I did not taste my hot chai tea latte until I was about 10 miles away in which I had hot water with the spice of chai tea. Can I go to any Starbucks and refill that or do I have to go to the specific one I’ve never asked this question, but I hope somebody will answer for me.

I stop by here way too much for someone trying to lose weight. They are super busy (probably bc of where they are located), but they do their best to make sure my order is ready before I pull through the drive thru telling them I put in a mobile order. The staff has been wonderful so far and they even write sweet little messages on my cup and make sure to tell me to have a great day every time I see them.

I used to work at Starbucks so I have pretty high expectations, and they went above and beyond. We were immediately greeted by the manager Tammy, who was super welcoming and sweet. Our drinks were great and they gave us a snowman cookie which was a great gesture. The other employees were really sweet and fairly fast for it being near closing. Bathrooms were really clean! The entire store was very neat! 11/10. Would definitely visit again if I'm in the area. Thanks so much guys for the great experience:)
