My girlfriend and I stopped by this location to pick up some protein bowls for dinner. Upon arriving at the counter, the lady behind it was really preoccupied with her Nintendo Switch, so I immediately thought this could be a problem. The lady eventually came over to us and took our orders. As she was making our orders, on more than one occasion she stopped in the middle of preparing them to wait on other customers in the building with non-related Subway or food issues. On March 19, 2026, around 5 PM, I went to Subway to get a salad and a sub. When I first arrived, there was no one, and then I was called over by an announcement. A woman came, and I told her what I wanted; she prepared it. Then I asked her to heat the meat, but she acted very badly, as if I had asked her to do something outside her job. When I told her that her behavior was rude, she then told me not to buy anything. The service was really poor, and speaking to me by shouting was very unpleasant.

What a joke! This location hires the worst people for customer service. It’s like it’s mission, a part of the training to push people away, and never want to come any near this business. Josh is a prime example of this

I pulled up starving at this 24 hour location in Laverne TN in the Pilot gas station. Not only were they closed... They were closed for the night.! How is this possible? Plan B???
