Staff needs more training on manners and customer interaction. The manager seems to play a large part in the problems. So much attitude and general lack of customer service.

I ordered the new enchirito and I asked them to add Pico and sour cream and then I went to the counter because I ordered at the kiosk and said I would like the Pico and sour cream on top. They said okay I get it and I don't see it. So they said oh we put it inside. I get home and it's not inside. There's hardly any red sauce on it. It's cold and when I called up there they said oh if they put the sour cream on top it would have melted when they steamed it. Well it sure is funny that the one on Lafayette parkway will make it and then add the sour cream and Pico. But apparently new Franklin road

Ordered at this Taco Bell tonight after work for my kid. The entire order was wrong Specifically asked for no sour cream and no tomatoes they added it on all 5 tacos. I’m VERY disappointed, IM ALLERGIC.

The night shift is awesome. We were lost and all of our phones were dead. They told me how to get to where I was going and charged my phone while I was waiting for my food.. awesome folks must definitely will go again if we're ever back this way...
