Imagine a southwest eggroll but in dumpling. Golden brown boudin balls! Comes four to an order and they are fat! Found this great place in Lake.Charles Louisiana. It's off the beaten path in an old strip mall. Great interior and atmosphere staff helpful and friendly. Food excellent we got a platter of crawdads platter of crabs. We also got hushpuppies gumbo and bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers. This is a great family place
