First, I wasn’t greeted outside for my order like most other chick fil a’s.. then the boy taking my order was not polite or have good energy during my order. Once I got my food, half of the fries were scrapes of all the broken fries. I asked the girl at the window what was up with all of the differences at their place and she said “maybe because it’s a franchise, I don’t know.” If you’re going to own a chick fil a, follow the standard of operations that every other place follows.

They have friendly service & the food is fine. My issue is their prices. I am an average sized woman who ordered a salad for myself and a combo for my minor child. The total was over $30 for 2 ppl. IMO that’s a price I pay for a restaurant with a waitress, not a drive thru. And a regular sized strawberry lemonade is almost $5. Across the street at In n Out a meal for one is around $7. You can use the leftover $ for gasoline. I feel bad for Mom’s who feed multiple kids these days.

I remember going to chick fil a I knew what I would get. Quality food and great service. The spicy deluxe meal I just ordered was absolutely disgusting looking at it I lost my appetite. Milkshake was actually milk not ice cream I’m not exaggerating either no texture or thickness. Chicken sandwich was most disappointing part of meal. Chicken breast could be compared to a flat pancake frozen breast from the micky ds dollar menu. Wasn’t crispy weird hard texture in the meat and again the size of maybe 2chicken nuggets. I’ve tried to be patient, but this location has been missing the mark lately. My last three orders all had issues—items missing each time, and on the most recent order my drink cup had a hole in the bottom and leaked everywhere. When you’re spending $40–$60 on a single order, it’s frustrating to get home and realize food is missing, especially with DoorDash where you can’t just go back to fix it. The staff is friendly, but order accuracy and basic quality checks really need more attention. I just want to get what I paid for.
