I’ve come to this store four times this week specifically to order the Red, White & Blue Floats, and every visit before today has been a great experience. The presentation was excellent, the drinks were made correctly, and my kids looked forward to getting them. Unfortunately, today’s visit was completely different. The floats were thrown together with very little care. They had no slush at all just blue flavoring, ice cream, and strawberries which was nothing like what I received on my previous visits. genuinely how is this location still in business? you can’t mobile order because they never bring it to you once you’re checked in then if you go to the door they catch an attitude with you. they never answer at the stall either despite pressing the button multiple twice within 20 minutes.. so if mobile orders and ordering at the stall doesn’t work how is anyone getting their food? i’ve tried to give this location multiple chances because its the only one within 20 minutes but its every single time. burgers delicious so its pretty sad that the custom service has come to this

Simple request of no relish and instead I received a hotdog full of relish. I absolutely can’t stand relish and I repeated no relish at least 3 times. This is inedible for me especially spending $12 to just throw it away!

I go here because this is the closest to my house and I love the slushies. But first, there's always no one in there yet my order is still late, I think I've only ever seen like two employees actually working, people catching attitude and employees never making anything right. I asked for a FRUITED slush, when I got it, zero fruit. When I asked at the counter she said it's in there" and just left. The service isn't the best, food won't be either lol
