I visited this Dunkin location on March 16, 2026 around 8:26 AM while trying to redeem my rewards points for a medium hot coffee through the Dunkin app. The app was a little confusing, so I went inside to ask for help. A young lady employee named Keziash (I may not have the spelling exactly right) helped me, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely tried to help me figure out the issue with my mobile order. Even during the morning rush she still took the time to assist me and make sure I got my coffee. I live close by to this location. Every time I go here there is an issue the last time I went through drive-through and ended up driving back after I got home something that really bothered me. The boy said oh she just wants something for free when in all actuality, they didn't give me all of my items now here it is today again. I ordered a croissant sandwich with extra bacon paid $12 for a coffee, a croissant with extra bacon and a hash brown just to get home and I only have three slices of bacon on my sandwich and there's no point of going back especially if they're gonna belittle me for wha

This has got to be the worse Dunkin Donuts location. The staff has a major attitude problem. The first time I came I thought maybe she was having a bad day but today I confirmed it’s not just the one person with lack of customer service skills, it’s the entire staff. Never coming back.
