Ordered a #7 with no tomatoes. Drove all the way back home 15mins to find my sandwich with nothing but lettuce on top and lettuce under my chicken. No bacon and no cheese. Just bread tons of lettuce and chicken. -Came back to fix the order, they reused the same cold sandwich. They did not remake the sandwich. They just placed cold cheese and bacon in the lettuce filled chicken sandwich 40min old sandwich. Manager stated she asked her employees to remake it, but they failed to.Got my partial refund for sandwich.

Mr. Luis Hevia, I’ve seen this Chick-fil-A for now 3 years, and I am still impressed by the service, food, and mostly the effort of the festive atmosphere. I am not sure if anyone ever mentions how great of a job you do with Winter Wonderland but my family enjoys driving past it.
