Very busy place, but worth the wait. We had the biscuits and gravy and the melted ham and cheese. Very good! The coffee is good too. I had an oat milk latte with their house made vanilla bean syrup.

You will wait forever for the food 😭 the outdoor seating is under the courtyard not from the photo another reviewer posted with the lake view. The workers here arent the best a lot of the customers are all hangrey due to the wait and they will forget your order if you don’t confirm with them. The biscuit isn’t fresh bake sadly and bland unless you put the jams . Little spot but atleast there’s some seatings. People usually stand around the place waiting in their food. I’ve ordered from here so many times since moving to lake Steven’s in 2020, but I have to say the quality has gone WAYYY down. So many times my order has been messed up when I order on door dash. I always order an iced latte. No flavor just plain but so many times it’s come with vanilla, or hot. Today, I ordered a 12oz iced latte, and I was delivered a hot latte, and to top it off this (see picture) is what I received. This is a 12oz? Did they drink it first? I was shocked and tbh super disappointed. Won’t be going here again or ordering from here again

I will never get their coffee again. I have tried it 3 times now in different forms and I just can't get behind it. It's incredibly bitter and just down right gross. Maybe their machines need to be dialed in? I make my own espresso at home with vista clara and even when I over extract for some reason it still doesn't taste this bad. The biscuits are great when they are cooked right. They have a problem with consistency though. The first time I went they were down right amazing.
