Been here many times. Food always good and accurate. However, I'm sick of the philosophy to have every car pull forward to wait for food. Clearly, this is to make the drive thru person have low times for service. I can't imagine how this helps the restaurant though as a person has to leave their station to walk outside to hand off food. Especially when it's raining. This isn't about customer service, it's only to make someone look good, despite the inefficiency.

Never been a big Arby's fan but decided to give the steak nuggets a try for a quick road snack. Price: not worth it. 5 pcs steak nuggets for $5.69 = $1.14 a pcs. Nuggets are fully cooked but reheated in a microwave before serving to customer. Tender and moist but don't let it sit to long. Nugget tends to toughen up the longer they sit.

well what can you say about Arby's other than it is classically traditional and hasn't changed throughout my 60 years of life. I adore Arby's in every way the classic cheddar is to die for and the curly fries and they serve me diet. Dr. pepper, nobody else has that anywhere!!! highly recommend Arby's always and forever

Both sandwiches were not good. Bread burnt, made wrong. Fries were cold. Restaurant had hood fan out so was smoggy inside. Staff was pretty slow and never made eye contact. Paid way too much for the garbage food, staff, and waited way too long for remake of the sandwich.
