Wow! This place smells like heaven. Brisket is super tender, passes the bend test with ease. Full of flavor. Home made sauce is great, not too spicy but just enough to know it’s a great bbq sauce. The wings are awesome too. Just the right amount of sauce. Good smoke flavor.

I was here yesterday with my mom between 12:30 and 1 for the first time since Gump passed a couple years ago. We were the only two in there for that period of time, and our food took 30 minutes to come out. All of the food was pulled out of the fridge cold and had to be warmed up on the grill. I don’t know if the man working had just packed up for the day early, but the hours are until 2 PM, so a 30 minute wait seemed egregious. Breakfast Burritos. The best I've had. Both the brisket and chorizo, I can't decide which is better. Service and atmosphere is marked a 4 star only because they were out of soft drinks 2 days in a row. The food is so good I would still go back if they didn't even offer water.
