This is one of my favorite places to eat, the owners and staff are always so nice. The food is fresh and absolutely delicious. Certain days of the week I prioritize my schedule so I can make it there before 3 pm. My favorite combination: half beef half pork, sweet potato noodles, carrots, purple cabbage, broccoli, cucumber kimchi, 2 portions of avocado, beef broth, Ssamjang sauce and sesame seeds (Guaranteed to be amazing).

We decided to give K-Bowl a try in Las Cruces this weekend. Although the restaurant was extremely busy, the beef bulgogi bowl was excellent. You have a choice of a base, I chose white rice, the meat (i.e., beef, chicken or spicy pork), and your choice of 3 vegetables. You get charged extra if you choose more than 3, as I found out. We also had an order of mandu. They burnt the edges a little bit, but they were still very tasty and almost as good as I used to get when I lived in S. Korea. I will definitely eat here again.

Great place to enjoy authentic Korean food. It’s a build-your-own-bowl cuisine, simple and delicious. Select the base, such as rice or noodle or half for both, four sides, and your choice of meat! (1) I loved the noodle (japchae) because it’s very springy and absorb the flavor of the meat! (2) The spicy pork was very savory and tender. Highly recommend it! (3) The beef was also good but I preferred the pork as it’s more flavorful. My Korean bf enjoys it a lot too.
