Well it was 4 in the morning and I was trying to use my app. Wasn't working so I showed the guy at⁰ the counter. He ended up honoring the points and was extremely helpful and polite. His name is Denmark and he deserves a raise. Amazing service and great at his job.

LONG WAITS & INACCURATE ORDERS… I’m a little perplexed at how this McDonald’s could take so long completing your order and by the end of your visit give you the wrong order or forget items. This was the case with our order and my Dad was visibly upset over this. It’s a shame they don’t have a better system at this McDonald’s found inside the Aquarius Casino as it’s certainly convenient. It’s a clean, modern location too! I’m willing to give them a chance again if they get it together. Lots of families visit this spot in the morning so be prepared to wait regardless of what day it is. What di

There's location is an absolute joke! They Will not take your order at the counter. You have to do it on a kiosk. And when you pick up your food, they still expect you to tip them. And the employees could not be more rude. We were there last night and we walked out
