I placed a take out order. When I got to the restaurant there was no clear sign to show where to pick up order. I was standing at the front and no one asked if I needed help. I went to stand by the bar and no one was there. When someone finally came by I told him I was there to pick up take out. He rudely said it’s over there. I walked away still not clear where to go. There was a waiter who didn’t ask if I needed help. I saw a person walking around a corner with a take out bag and followed. I believe as a prepaid customer it would have been nice to show better service. At least show me where

Avoid this place – misleading pricing. I would not recommend eating here. The happy hour menu is incredibly confusing, and despite confirming drink prices with our server three separate times, our final bill was nearly 30% higher than promised. We weren't informed of the price discrepancy until after we had finished our meal. When we raised the issue, the server simply said, "There is nothing I can do." To make matters worse, the food was a letdown; the guacamole and onion rings were poor quality, though the cheese curds were acceptable. Save your money and go somewhere with more transparenc

I would give zero stars if I could. Avoid this place like the plague. Waited an hour and a half for food that arrived cold and clearly should have never left the kitchen. The service was terrible, the restaurant seemed completely unorganized, and nobody appeared to care about the customers waiting. An hour and a half for cold food is unacceptable. This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money and go somewhere else. This establishment is poorly run and not worth the headache.

Customer service is just horrible. We waited for 30 minutes, the food came out cold. Requested to talk to the manager and he was very rude. The name of the manager is Dave. Dave should be trained on customer service and apologize if a customer isn’t happy with their order. The server Zaniya should teach the manager how to deal with customers. She was nice and very professional
