I mean, honestly, the worst ledos I ever been to Customer service rude. My food took so long to come out almost 40+ minutes there are tremendously rude. They don’t care about your customer experience. Honestly, I will go to a different ledos Location maybe College Park I’ve been to that one very nice but the one in Laurel Maryland is not it. I would honestly drive., even if it is a little further for better quality and customer service even the food taste is not ledos

I remember coming here every Friday for pizza night. I remember the vibe, the nice waiters. Came in today as I had not dined in for years. There are no waiters. You order at the front and take a number to your table. I ordered an appetizer that arrived after the pizza. I wanted that before the pizza. How does the pizza come out before garlic bread? This is truly 100% a carryout place now, which absolutely sucks. Tables not cleaned. Not stocked with condiments like cheese for the pizza.

I went to this ledos store just about 30 minutes ago. I walked in and ordered a grilled chicken Cesar salad At around 1:10. I then sat and waited for my salad for over 20 minutes. I was hoping that the wait was worth it because this place is about a 5 minute walk from my office and i would have a nice place to frequent for lunch. To my disappointment, the salad was not worth it. I thought that since I waited so long then I would atleast have fresh warm juicy grilled chicken but instead I got about 2 pieces of cold chicken. Since i waited so long for the salad I didn’t really have a lot of time
