Drive through should be quick - almost everyone going through this McDonald's drive through was told to pull forward and wait. Appeared as though going inside and getting your food was much faster. Two cars that came while we were in the drive through went inside instead and left with bags before we received our food. Friendly staff, but very slow service.

The last two times I have been here have been a problem as a whole. Today: I went and ordered a $4 M orange juice, the cup wasn't filled up. I waited about 2 minutes at the drive-thru door, the boy intentionally ignored me, until he realized I wasn't moving. He came to the window, I asked him to fill up the cup. He proceeded to put water in my orange juice. I went inside of the store and told the girl at the front register, she said she would fix it. She continued to go to the OJ stand and had to refill it, while she is doing so, she is staring at me in discomfort because what I said was true

For some reason this location has completely changed. For one you can no longer use the soda fountain amd there's no condiments or napkins out. Instead they fill up the sodas in back and then you have to wait until you get your food to get your drink. When they bring you your food they bring out a tub with the condiments and then hand you which one you ask for. A few times the a lady with the condiment tub will walk around and ask if you need anything else. Doing it this way we have noticed drink orders are messed up and I don't even know if you are now allowed to ask for refills. The food has

I placed my mobile order 20 minutes before arriving at the store to pick up. We sat at the drive thru speaker for at least 10 minutes waiting for someone to speak with us. We then sat in the drive thru line for another 10-15 minutes waiting for our food. I then got home to enjoy my food and my burger was RAW. The burger was very pink and cold to the touch. The food was absolutely not edible. After waiting 20 plus minutes for my food I expected way better. I took multiple pictures of my food as proof of this horrendous experience. This was DISGUSTING.
