Service here is hit and miss. Sometimes it is great and fast other times they are slow. The coffee is delicious and products are always fresh. The store is very clean. They always have lots of employees working but they still struggle at times to get the orders out fast.

Ig there's a new worker but shes very slow and can't speak english very well which I do not mind a single bit, asked me to repeat myself 5 times and to talk slower while my car was drenched cuz of the rain, mind u it started raining out of knowhere and after all those times I repeated my order she still mess them up. We even had to go back in to get our correct order. And while we were still parked at the drive thru waiting for our food she approached the window which i assume was to bring us food but instead she asked "Are you waiting on your food?" They should not put her as a drive thru. An

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would! I went to this location yesterday, 4/10/2026, around 11:40a/12pish. I ordered a hot matcha green tea latte with oat milk; a guy took my order. When I get to the window, I paid with the guy who took my order. He then walks to the back. A lady with a Hijab then appears in the window. As the window is open, she takes a white napkin and wipes her nose twice, then folds the napkin and wipes her mouth. Then the lady who was making my drink walks over to the lady with the Hijab and gives the lady with the Hijab my drink. That lady then attempts to give

I wanted to drop in some praise for this Dunkin’ Donuts location for consistently honoring my requests. I always ask for my breakfast sandwich to be extra toasted like almost burnt and even when they are busy, they make my sandwich how I like it. I know for many Dunkin’ Donuts this is an annoying request so I appreciate it. Thank you
