I had such a great experience at the Smith’s Marketplace in Kaysville today. I stopped in to grab bread for a grilled cheese and found out they were out of sourdough. Brianna in the bakery went above and beyond to help. She not only helped me find a great substitute, but also showed me that there was a bread slicer available so I didn’t have to cut the loaf by hand. She even took the time to show me exactly how to use it. What really stood out was her kindness and attention to detail. They are currently re-arranging the ENTIRE STORE! Shopping took me three times as long as it usually does. I don’t understand why you can’t leave the store how it was. Obviously corporate Smith’s is incredibly disconnected from the community. Every single person that I saw in the store was frustrated and completely lost. The arrangement/categories/sorting of items doesn’t make any sense to anyone. Also, there is only self checkout after 10pm and self checkout systems are awful. I have to get an employee to help me every time I do self checkout because the scale doesn’t sense the items I scan a

A little while back, this young man named Britton was out in the parking lot pushing and gathering the carts. He seriously was so friendly, people like this need to be recognized! He was trying his absolute hardest to put a smile on everyone’s face while also giving his all on the job. Very nice guy, he also offered to help with putting my groceries in the car, this guy is a stud. Thanks Britton and other workers!!!

Great local grocery. Excellent produce selection and good deals on many things. Tried a few new Kombuchas that were on sale. I wish the coupon/app worked a bit smoother though.
