To Managment: There is a Taco Bell right by my house in Kaysville, but I go out of my way to specifically eat at this store. This is because the food is always hot and fresh. I cannot tell you how critical and awesome that is when it comes to eating Taco Bell. On the other hand, maybe I'm lucky because I've had some really, really bad experiences with food quality at other Taco Bell locations in my life and I've had them often. Keep proving me wrong! This particular Taco Bell is right on the corner of Hill Field Road & Main Street, in Layton, Utah. It's on the northwest corner. If you approach it from the north, on Main Street, it's a piece of cake to pull in. If you approach it from the south, however, on Main Street, it's not so easy, mi amigo. You'll be forced to go straight through the intersection, and then make a "through turn", which is similar to a "U-turn", yet trendier and a pain-in-the-asado-er. The quality of food at this taco bell is not worth the stop. The new dipper burritos are the size of a sauce packet and theyre $6, but go to another taco bell and theyre bigger. The cheese roll up is bigger. And the food here is always lesser, crunch wrap supreme. Its layered funny ao you'll get a bite of just sourcream, and a bit with just meat. I’ve never had a worse experience at a Taco Bell. I ordered my regular and they gave me DIET mt dew Baja blast. I almost threw up in my mouth from the nasty taste. Mind you, I DID NOT order diet. Once I got to my tacos, the first one was clearly barely put together, everything falling out at once. Still, it was warm. The next taco was STONE COLD and SLIMY. I’ve never had worse food before. The people taking my order seemed nice but this experience makes me NEVER want to come back. I was so disappointed, I went to McDonald’s to feel better. You know it’s bad when you resort to McDonald’s.
