Went there this week, got 6 crinkle cookies, they looked weird. They were flat, dense, dry, and super bitter. Also got a coconut lime twister. The wait was very long. They stated they had ran out of coconut and “had to get more”. So they just made me wait for like 15 min. Then my smoothie was given to me mostly melted. It just was not good.

We had a bad experience. I came because I had a gift card, I took all of my kids inside, figured out what they wanted, then ordered. They then told me their Internet was down so they couldn't accept my gift card, but they did let me pay for their overpriced cookies with my debit card. The Internet came back on while we were there and I was hoping they'd offer to let me get a refund and use my gift card but no such luck. Also, their chocolate chip cookies were wet and my kids thought the drinks tasted weird. I threw away a lot of cookies and drinks. They do not want to go back to that place aga

Very disappointing location, would not recommend. I showed up here on New Year’s Eve, Open sign was on, people inside, cars in line, Google says they’re open (I even checked holiday hours) And I waited in line for over 40 minutes , wedged between several cars, only for them to tell me they had “closed”. And let it be known an employee had come out to take the garbage out and saw all of our cars in line and said nothing to us. Very poor Service and very inconsiderate.
