Terrible service and the most disgusting burger I have ever had, couldn’t eat it. The meat was burned, the lettuce brown and wilted, the tomato was nasty too. Food was cold. They didn’t even put it together, it was slopped into the wrapping. When I was offered ketchup, I asked for 1 ranch and Brandi gave it to me with attitude stating I should have asked for ranch at the order microphone because they charge for it. How was I supposed to know that, it’s not on the menu with a price label. If they are going to charge, then they need to ask what condiments you want while they are taking the order

This location is the worst. This is my second time here, I wanted to give them a second chance but we will make the longer drive to Liberty Hill for better service and food! I got a 6 piece steak finger combo with a large fry to share with my partner...the steak fingers were so stale like they had been sitting in the food warmer too long then I specifically asked for no whipped cream on my blizzard and yet still they put it. Very disappointed with the service at Dairy Queen. My husband and I ordered at the counter, and I clearly ordered a combo meal plus an additional burger separately. When a worker brought the food to our table, I immediately told her that I was supposed to have two burgers and that I was pretty sure this wasn’t the full order. Turns out I was right — the extra burger was never even included because the cashier only entered the combo into the system. I didn’t take the receipt because I didn’t think I would need proof that the employee could correctly enter such a simple order. We already waited

Just got a quick meal and a message to the grill, if the buns feel like a Frisbee don't try to pass them off to a customer. I love the generic response. Apparently you don't listen to your customers reading all the comments. And seriously. 3.5 stars and you are a DQ, owner should think about its management selection...
