My friends and I are regulars here. Almost every order I've gotten is incredibly skimpy in proportion. It's always hot and fresh but if I'm paying for what the advertised item is I want it to look like the item. I've since eaten here a lot less after consistent lack of portioning. Every single beef item I've gotten I've questioned if they even have any meat in them. Today I got a veggie bowl with beef added. Not even 2 bites of beef was in my bowl.

I went in here on my lunch break for a quick, easy meal. I ordered a crunch wrap and a chicken quesadilla. I was waiting for my food for over an hour and was late getting back to my job. People that came in after me and got more food got their orders before me. I ended up going to the desk and asking where my food was and they told me they gave it to someone in the drive thru, to which I asked them to make it again. This is more of a review for a specific employee rather than the whole restaurant, although I don’t think I’ve ever been dissatisfied with my order at this location. But I’m here to shout from the rooftops how amazing their employee, Deonna (I’m not sure of the spelling because I didn’t see a name tag), is. Most mediocre place in Leb ngl. The staff arnt necessarily rude as far as Ive experienced.Theres one smaller girl with dark hair whos genuinly so sweet and a great to see. But everyone else seems to just hateeee their job? Theyre all pretty dismissive and just dont care for what theyre getting PAID to do, and its pretty embarrassing.
