I have visited other establishments where, even when offered the opportunity to create my own sundae, my requests for specific ice cream flavors and toppings were declined🤔. However, at this location, the staff, with their lovely smiles😊, readily agreed to my preferences. As a result, I thoroughly enjoyed😋 my favorite, best-ever sundae🍨. I just wanted to provide my feedback on the experience I received at custards Last Stand at the Lee's Summit location today. I had my service dog with me and went to sit down and the manager proceeded to tell me that I was not allowed to be in there with my pet. I told her my dog was a service dog and she continued to tell me that I needed to leave. I then told her that I'm not leaving because this is a service dog and she walked away. I found out after the conversation that she was in fact the manager when I decided to ask for a manager. I did tell her that she needed to get some education on
