First, staff were great. This review is a concern about the level of staffing observed today. They had 1 cook and 1 carhop at 330. We waited for over 20 minutes for a couple corn dogs and a couple burgers that we ordered ahead. We were in a hurry and this almost caused us to be late. I would expect at that point to see more supervisors or the general manager present and working. Otherwise, you cant run a store at that staffing level, so the option would be to close. Clearly some issues at this location with management.

Came to get lunch. Ordered our food at 12:26 at a stall. They were very busy so we tried to be as patient as possible. 35 mins go by. We push the button again. They ask "what can I get for you" WE HAD TO TELL THEM WE HADNT GOTTEN OUR FOOD As someone who has worked in food service for 18 years, I get it. Things happen. But then our food comes out at 1:10 luke warm with no drinks, no receipt, and no dipping sauces. We had to send the girl back in to get our drinks which then come back out wrong. They dropped the ball really hard today.

Can I give zero stars? I never got the food I paid for. This is the worst Sonic experience I’ve had. Waited for my mobile order for half an hour past the pickup time: They were all running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Service was not apologetic, urgent or friendly when I called to check if they were ever bringing it out 👎🏼 horrible. Will not be back.

I get that they're busy. Totally understandable. Also, mistakes get made. I get it. 5 times wrong in the past year, though,? I don't get it. It's a simple order. Mustard and mayo only on the burger. Not add mustard and mayo. SMDH. UPDATE 05012021: I was offered coupons in response to this, which is fine except for the fact that they are "with a purchase" as if I wanna roll the dice on paying for food to be given to me wrong again with my wallet. Nope. In addition, I went to another location here in town and they got it correct first try. Imagine that...like every other restaurant I've been to
