We came across Gruto's on Instagram and, being ice cream lovers, knew we had to give it a try. We're happy to say it absolutely lived up to the hype! We sampled several of their signature flavors, including Banana/Chocolate, Vanilla/Chocolate, and Vanilla/Black Raspberry, along with their seasonal Coffee/Oreo flavor. Every flavor was smooth, rich, and creamy, with just the right level of sweetness. The flavor combinations were spot-on, and each scoop tasted fresh and well-crafted. I wanted to enjoy my ice cream here, which is pretty good, however the flavor was soured by my bad experience ordering. When I came in I ordered a small raspberry vanilla swirl in a cup, and since it was busy I took a seat to wait, but kept my attention on the orders being called out so I knew when would be my turn. Came in on a hot day and the staff was super helpful. Mandy at the front helped me get everything I needed for me and my family while the power was out, leading me towards their truck where the ice cream was just as good. Super nice and professional, would definitely give more stars if I could!

I love the cozy vibe of this place and every time I go with my friends, they absolutely love it. I do wish there were a dairy-free option, though, because I’m never able to fully join in on the experience when I come. Adding even one option would make it so much more inclusive and I'd be ecstatic! Maybe as a special flavor for a month, dairy-free could be an option to try that would bring SO MANY more customers, including myself! :)
