Visited for the first time to do the Matcha Lab. 1000/10 would recommend. If you’ve loved matcha before it went viral, this is the place for you. The Matcha Lab provides you with a history and quick education of matcha and tea. And you get to enjoy three specialty beverages during the one-hour experience. Also I dare say it is the best matcha I’ve had. And it’s affordable!! Matcha is only expensive because it’s become recently viral and most of the viral matcha comes from Japan, when it actually originates from China. Seven Teahouse matcha is from China, and it’s SO SO GOOD!!

My mother got me a matcha tasting ticket from here for my birthday. It is about an hour-hour and a half drive from where I live, but I would do it every day if it got me that osmanthus matcha. This experience was just wonderful; the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and the tasting was cheap for the quality not only of the matcha itself, but the quality of information you receive in order to be able to find the best quality matcha in the future. This teahouse has been on my list and I'm glad I finally got to go. Unfortunately the tea tasting was booked, but we got to try two teas. We got the jasmine black tea and aged white tea with pear. Both were unique and delicious. I also tried a sample of the ginger date pu'erh oatmilk latte and it was soo yummy. I think this tea shop is good for their unique flavor combos and high quality teas. I'm glad the lattes don't taste watered down. I would go back to try more of their selection. It does get really busy though so keep that in mind.
