The food was ok, but the service was absolutely awful. We waited 10 minutes before anyone greeted us at the check in podium, waited another 15 minutes for them to take our orders after we were seated, then we got the least engaging hibachi experience I’ve ever had, 3 of our 5 orders were wrong, our appetizers came out after our entrees were served, and to top it off, they charged me a 20% tip without giving me the option (I double checked the menu, there is not gratuity included policy listed). Went here after graduation for dinner. The service was horrible!! We weren’t asked if we wanted drinks other than the water that was given to us. Had to ask for other drinks after the chef was already out. Didn’t get any of the appetizers until after the main course was served. Had to ask for a rag to clean high chair because they were very disgusting after asking for the rag they didn’t offer to clean the high chair they gave us the rag and we cleaned it ourselves also had to go get a highchair on our own. Filled our water glasses with a pitcher they left on the other side of the table. Mindi

Ok, if you only read one sentence Don't Go! We had reservations at 6pm and arrived at 5:50 for my son's birthday party. The hostess was extremely rude. I checked us in and she said it would be 20 minutes. I said we had reservations at 6pm and she walked away. We were seated at 615 and no one came to the table until 630. They then took out orders and the chef showed up at 7:10. The other couple sitting at the table walked out due to lack of service and poor quality of food. Worst Tepanyaki experience! Table was not cleaned very good. Several people at the table asked 2 different people for the table to be cleaned and both people said they would and never cleaned it. They just started serving food. Plates also came out dirty. Restaurant itself was dirty. The chef also didnt do a good job. He didnt put anything in the noodles. Just heated them up. Also the meat was cut into huge pieces and not even close to bite size. No one at the table got a refill and drinks were empty. Waitress never even came back until the end.
