I am very disappointed with the service I received during my recent visit. As soon as I entered the store, the cashier greeted me in a rude and disrespectful manner by saying, “What do you want?” This immediately made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Throughout my visit, I felt humiliated and confused. The cashier acted as if I could not speak or understand English and continued to mock me. I want to make it clear that while I may not speak English perfectly, I do my best to communicate, and I deserve to be treated with respect like any other customer.
