I AM SO DISAPPOINTED I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS MANAGER ARLY !! Extremely unprofessional.. I told him I wanted a large matcha light ice.. and he told me it would look like it has less in the cup so I asked him to charge me more than it doesn’t matter he said he can’t do that … and I said ok just make the matcha how ever he comes . He refused to serve me and told me to leave.

This DD has by far the worst hot chocolate I have ever had!!! I've been to multiple DD stores with those locations being much better tasting. Is the management or owner of these franchisees skimping to make more profits...I quit going to this one due to the poor quality of the wraps and other food... thankfully this location was out of the big boxes or I would have wasted good money on a crapy drink. Never again going to this location or any in Homestead/ Florida City owned by this franchisee.

Today is the third day in a row, that I have been given coffee with cream. I am lactose intolerant. The sticker on my cup is correct (medium coffee with three sugars) but the coffee is in correct. I have been calling ALL morning and the number on the website keeps sending me to the voicemail. The new lady at the window doesn't speak English and it's becoming a problem.
