“I’ve never had a bad experience here, and the food is always fresh!”

I’ve been having problems with this specific McDonald’s for MONTHS!! Today’s problem? I went through the drive thru today & had the worst, most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had in my life. I drive up to have my order taken & I’m asked “will you be using the app?” then had to listen to atleast 2 minutes of conversation between the workers before I was able to make my order after asking if I could make my order. Then I drive up to the first window to pay & had to listen to another 5 minutes of conversation between the workers who made eye contact with me multiple times while I sat in my c

This is a really nice McDonalds. I enjoy dining in because there are a lot of comfy seating options and it’s recently renovated. There’s a lot of outlets near tables if you are working/studying. There’s even an interactive game table. Drive thru is usually fast and efficient.

The other reviews about poor customer service are accurate. If they make mistakes in your order, they're far more likely to be rude to you than correct it. There are a couple of other stores in the area that are so much nicer. Avoid this one.
