Horrible customer service! No greeting, no thank you whatsoever and the gentleman who rang me up for my order seemed almost annoyed by my order. Charged me extra for onions, extra chicken, and the jalapeño sauce which I understand they have to charge for adding items; however I omitted the avocado ranch, guacamole, refried beans, AND the sour cream so why on earth would you charge a customer EXTRA for adding onions and jalapeño sauce????? Walked in and waited to order. Couldn't get anyone to acknowledge we were there or even look up, let alone wait on us. No one else in the dining room. 1 car in driveway lane. Delivery person walked in for pickup order was helped immediately! Staff person walked right by us again to back ignoring us and proceeded to get on his phone. We announced we were leaving of no one would wait on us. A girl from the back looked up and over the the guy on the phone. No one said a word or can forward to take our order We left and won't be back. Worst service I've ever seen!!!!!! Wonder how they stay in busi

Whoever was on the line at 11:30 on Friday December 19 is seriously crushing it. I get the same things every time, usually from this location, and my god it's the best taco bell I've ever had from anywhere; the stars have aligned: 3 different burritos, all immaculate and cooked better than whatever the handbook must say. My boyfriend and I go to this location the most often and haven’t had much problems. We have run into food mess ups here and there which is expected. I dont have an issue with the food its the service! The man who took our order was very very rude. Heavier set mixed male probably about 30 with glasses. Was rushing us at the speaker and cutting us off. Causing us to forget some items. Continued to rush us at the window whistling at us to take our receipt from his hand while we were trying to clean up a slushy that had bursted. Mind you there was no one behind us nor was it near closing time. Ju
