Came in on a nice breeze morning for a hot cup of tea. As I walked in I was greeted. My honey citrus was prepared fast. The decor is really relaxing and a great space to work. The music and customer noise is not too loud. There is a drive through and one hour parking for customers. There is a nice eating area to enjoy your drink and pastries.

I came here and the family was sick. It was about to close. I got five medicine balls just because I had got five medicine balls that was not strong. I feel like because I had got so many you guys and put as much effort as you would making it if it wasn’t about the clothes or if it wasn’t 5 I appreciate it if it would’ve beenas strong as it should been do better next time thanks

This Starbucks is on Prairie and Century, right across from the Intuit Dome, so it’s on a very busy corner. It’s a fairly large location with indoor seating and a drive-thru. It stays busy, but the energy is generally relaxed. When I went, there were a mix of people working, sitting, and passing through. Staff seemed attentive and did address loitering, which made me feel more comfortable. It’s a high-traffic area, so you stay aware of your surroundings, but overall it felt manageable. I ordered an Americano and a vanilla bean scone. The coffee was strong, and I appreciated that they serve it

I would like to take a moment here, just after getting lunch from this Starbucks location, to put the Customer Service spotlight on Lesli, the girl who helped me. I had multiple Gift Cards in my wallet, and she helped establish the balances of each of them, and then offered to simplify the situation by putting all the balances onto one single card.
