The food could be be good, but the service and the customer service comes from 16 year olds. Even the supervisors are only 17ish. They do not care about anything or any service, worst care period!!! I will not go back. Get rid of KFC and the ownership behind them in the valley. Go to Albertsons or Rosauers for better chicken and service. We should bring in Churches chicken or Popeyes!

I stopped in to pick up a quick bucket of chicken for dinner. The restaurant was relatively clean, and I was able to get through the line in about five minutes. The chicken had that classic crispy skin I was looking for, but the pieces were a bit smaller than I remember and some were a little greasier than usual. The mashed potatoes and gravy were consistent and tasty, though they forgot to put napkins in my bag. It’s a reliable choice if you have a craving for fried chicken, but the experience was pretty standard and didn't really go above and beyond.
