First and foremost, I get it, the world is short staffed and good reliable help is hard to find. My family dined at the Auburn Applebee's on 6/11 following my daughter's 8th grade graduation. We tried the Oxford location, but they had an hour plus wait, despite the parking lot being pretty empty. However the hostess explained they had a limited staff due to people not coming in to work. SO fast forward to the Auburn location. We were seated right away, and our waiter was at the table quickly. We placed our drink order. Food servings have shrunk much like other places, but prices go up. Of course this is not the server’s responsibility. Our server Jen was amazing! So friendly and helpful. Very attentive to all her customers. As we sat I noticed she clearly is a loved employee based on her customers knowing her by name as well as her knowing them. She makes her work space a very welcoming atmosphere !

Went to have an early dinner with my family and have never been more disappointed..our chicken wonton tacos had the filling simply spilled onto the plate, barely making it into the taco shells and the sauce on the boneless wings had already started to thicken from being cold. We then waited for over an hour watching others who had came after us being served with our waiter no where to be seen. When we were finally about to return to the hostess to assist with getting our check because our 6 year old had started crying asking if her food were ever coming, the waited appeared with the mac n chee
