Been spending $15 daily a week for 1 1/2 years despite the dozens and dozens of times food was missing , wrong , or messed up . Today drive through fella asked for a tip & when I said no I come here too often for that , his attitude completed went upset , and after when handed I opened my bag to find the most burned bagel sandwich I’ve ever seen … ridiculously burnt . Will be not returning so that you fellas for pushing me to save my money

Computer system was having issues which lead to alot of confusion about my order. This store is hit and miss when it comes to my and also others iced coffee. It is too strong most of the time.

Very less than impressed today at 12:41 pm when I was given a very! Burnt croissant for my Maple Bacon Sandwich. But big shout out to Dunkin Donuts Lisbon Street across from Burger King for remaking the sandwich correctly, and with lots of empathy.

Aiden and his workers are the only ones that know how to properly make a coffee the correct way. this is the only dunkin i go to now just because they’re the only ones that take pride in their work
