Tho the restoraunts regular staff are lovely and kind however the manager of the place has been disrespectful and non accommodating. On many days I have visited the Cafe and she has targeted one specific person. I don't know why because she didn't do anything. Just sitting there enjoying her purchase as another customer. Later on they started to kick this poor girl out early in the evenings and even went as far as to ban her completely. This girl seems to have a friend but this manager doesn't say anything about her so I'm not sure why she's so disrespectful.

don’t get me wrong, the staff have always been perfectly lovely. they greet you with a smile and everyone wishes you well on your way out. but i have almost never gotten the right order here!! a iced drink instead of a hot one, missing items, and just on my most recent trip instead of a 10 count of muchkins they tried to give me an iced coffee i didn’t order? i’m not sure what is going on but always double check your order here. as far as the food goes, it’s dunkin, so the same as usual.

Food is good enough, but if you go inside to order they got the music cranked right up its a little jarring. Have to yell your order over the counter. I ordered mobile once and my drink didnt get placed on the customer side of the counter, I tried to be patient but after 15 minutes of standing there I finally asked and they just had it behind the counter. Little annoying.
