I had a great experience at Cici’s Pizza! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly, which set a positive tone right away. The store was clean, the buffet was well-stocked, and the pizza was fresh and delicious. What stood out most was the friendliness of the staff. I noticed an employee regularly walking through the dining area, checking in on guests. He even came to my table to make sure everything was going well and invited me to let him know if I needed anything. That level of attention really made a difference. Food, cleanliness and staff are always amazing! However, tonight was off. Full staff but the restrooms were disgusting. The least enjoyable part though is unfortunately hearing the kitchen radio playing full blast in the dining area. We were sitting by the window farthest from the kitchen and could hear every word instead of us talking over pizza. Totally fine with BOH music, but keep it in the BOH, not FOH. Also, its a health code violation to eat from the buffet line at the register. Make a plate, and take a seat at a table or eat in the kitchen. Just not what we are used to tonight.

We loved having lunch here! The selection was incredible and they let you request custom pizzas (see our delicious deep dish + black olives pizza!). I also really like the staff — the guy who says “welcome to Cici’s!” and announces order numbers brings such fun vibes to this location (thank you!!). Give this staff a raise 👏 💙

Clean and quiet. They had all the standard variet which was good to see but it was almost all stale/dry/roomtemp when we got there. In the 40 minutes we were there nothing was rotated out no matter how little was left. Half a dozen rock hard dryied out pieces of brownie and a few cinnamon roll flat solid pucks seem like they’ll survive out there till closing though I shoulda judt thrown them out myself. Pizza was edible but certainly not enjoyable. Workers seemed nice though except the tireless busboy weren’t doing much . They did make a custom pie for another table which looked nice but i h
