I've never had a complaint about Cheddar's until today. First an appliance was out. They weren't able to offer many sides like Louisiana Pasta, Potato Soup, Broccoli Casserole and ribs(which was back on by the time we ordered). I ordered the Monte Cristo sandwich which is my usual. It was burnt, sent it back and it came back the same way so I just had it removed from the ticket. It was totally inedible. My husband ordered ribs and we had a hard time even cutting them, we brought them home to "fix" them. Veggies and O ion Rings were good. It was just not up to par and I hope this is not the ne

Cheddar's is a casual dining experience with reasonable quality and prices. Service is good and at times even exceeds expectations. We have only eaten there at lunchtime. On our most recent visit, I was in a party of 3. We ordered. The server came back a few minutes later and said that they were out of one of our items. That person reordered. When the food was brought out, my entrée was not among them. Turns out, they were out of my entrée too. So, they comped me for my meal. That was awkward, since two of us didn't get what we wanted.
