Ordered Donatos tonight for the first time and extremely disappointed. We ordered the pizza AT 5:22 and got an email saying pizza would be delivered at 5:53. We then got a text at 5:31 stating that DoorDash confirmed the order. At 5:45 the order was picked up and It didnt arrive until 6:14. The pizza was cold and didnt taste good. In my opinion the pizza was slightly overcooked because all of the toppings were cruncht including the sausage. And we ordered extra cheese. If this is extra cheese then i would hate to see what regular amount of cheese looks like. I dont think we will be eating from

Donatos is a town favorite to a lot of people, and this location is excellent! Haven’t had a bad experience here. Their pizza is always put together well, and their staff is very pleasant. Zach has always been very friendly and makes sure you have everything you need to enjoy!

On vacation in Lexington Kentucky and had the pleasure of ordering this beautiful pie. The service was excellent.... David, who was very polite and patient handled the rush well. I saw he was busy but efficient. This is probably the best pair I've had in a while. 6/6*The wait time was a little bit long but it was totally worth it.

Door Dash delivered my pizza to the wrong address and the driver didn't respond when I reached out. Nathan was the only worker at the store but took it upon himself to call Door Dash, and when they weren't helpful, he remade the pizza and had another driver deliver a fresh pizza. And it was delicious!
