I was in the mood for a diner breakfast and we don’t have many places in Liberty, MO that fit the bill that are open super early. IHOP was one of the options and the one we picked as a family most often. This location closed for a while, I heard it was open again and checked it out during a weekday morning. I left because I thought the place was closed. The landscaping is wildly overgrown, there was trash on the doorstep and it had one car in the lot around back. 100% Satisfied!! Everything was perfect. I went around 1pm on a Friday and it was empty inside. (Just how I like it) the music playing was great and I was able to relax and enjoy a very good meal.

Our waitress was so good! I wish I could remember her name. My son had a tonsillectomy a week before and was only able to eat soft foods. She made sure his food was soft and to his liking. She had a smile on her face the whole time and very attentive! Great customer service!

Food was mediocre, warm like hotel food. Bacon was not cooked to order then was burnt to a crisp. Waitstaff was slow, never refilled the drinks or even asked us how the bacon was after it wasn’t cooked right. He was friendly so I will give him that. They claim to be remodeled but the booth we sat was clearly not new or even fixed. (We ate there before they closed down it was like that then) the other booth across the way also had clear damage. We will not be returning. The guy that greeted us upon arrival had a gigantic wound on his forehead not even covered. It was an awful $40 for two people
