Twice now I have ordered a caramel macchiato and it hasn’t been made right THERE IS NO COFFEE INNMY COFFEE. What is that! It shouldn’t have a dome lid on it… maybe train people how to make things correctly, it isn’t even full, this is how I received it.

I am genuinely curious as to who was responsible for letting this personal cook, yet alone be responsible for handling customer complaints when they give you a raw burger, yes, a RAW burger!!! Called about what happened, not once but twice got hung up on and then they refused to answer the phone!!! Then to come back to this location, to not even be told sorry for what happened!!!! Y'all are out of your minds for thinking that any of this is acceptable!!!! Every single time we go it takes forever... you can sit down at la cheareads and get your food twice as fast... and it'll actually be right... this time we've been waiting for our order for over 20 minutes at the extra window for 2 buns with only cheese on em and 2 4 piece nuggets.... and we've seen 4 people go back in with wrong orders... all after sitting here waiting.... and manager stated it was his fault they weren't made right, he thought it was put in wrong from the person taking the order. He tossed the mcdoubles over a small counter and hit the boy standing there with one of them. The

VERY slow in multiple ways. First, service speed is slow, & the people working are slow. If you get in line during breakfast, & end up behind someone orderijg the whole menu, then you not only dont get to get the order you already placed & paid for.. you also dont get a refund. They do not know how to refund orders, or actually get an order correct. Seems like the older employees need a babysitter to make sure they're actually doing their jobs correctly instead of sitting around. I've worked in food service & customer service over 6 years. The incompetence at this location is baffling.
