You can tell he genuinely care about their customers and team. It’s rare to find someone so friendly and professional. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Pollo Tropical. I'm hangry now, I eat here all the time and usually love the food. But this is completely un acceptable! My chicken sandwich looks PUNY, and it's $8! Stack another patty on that bad boy, c'mon now. Look how small it is compared to a pickle!

I have been going to this location in Jupiter pretty much since it has opened and have always loved it, but recently the food has really gone down hill, dry, tasteless. I thought it was a fluke (somebody having a bad day) but have given it 2 more tries on different days one time a chicken order and one time a pork order, still nothing like it used to be and like other Polo Tropical's I have eaten. So no more Jupiter for me. Guess I'll have to take the extra time to Northlake Blvd. store

This location is excellent. Their GM gives outstanding customer service and the whole staff is always warm and welcoming. I do not frequent fast food chains, but since I am in Florida as a snowbird, I get take out from this location 2-3 times a week. Always very fresh and healthy. I love the tropichop bowl made to order just the way I like it.
