I must admit the wait was worth it, I ordered a French toast flight with scrambled eggs, my husband ordered purple grits with jerk shrimp, fried catfish, with cheesy hash browns. The presentation was beautiful, the atmosphere was very nice, It felt so good to eat at a black owned restaurant where the food was fantastic. I had the best server Alex, he was very polite, he made sure we got everything we ordered, he checked on us every chance he got. I loved that Alex took time to converse with us being that we were from Cleveland. I will be coming back just to eat at this nice place, I hope next

We had a great time the food was good and the service was incredible! Thanks Maria!!!! She was the best! Only thing was we gor purple grits with lamb, but it wasn't lamb! It was pot roast. Other than that everything was good until we got kicked out because we (party of 5) was there to long (1.5 hrs) they was polite about it but they was letting us know in a nonchalant way to pack up. Lbvs.
